*This option is only available for NorthWest Indiana locals. Choose free local pick up at checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email. Our available days are Tuesday-Friday and you can choose your time in the morning 8am until late afternoon 4pm. Contact us via email to reply or send us a DM on our IG or FB page this way we can place a convenient pick up time for you. You can choose to pick up at our local meet up locations: at the entrance of the Lake County Public Library in Merrillville or at the entrance of Secondhand resale shop in Crown Point. We are pretty flexible with our schedule, so in case you need another day... feel free to let us know if you need a specific day to meet up or cancel within 24 hours to reschedule for a pick up.

We don't accept refunds or exchanges since every item is handmade. However, if you are unhappy with your order please reach out, so we can see if we can assist you.

We are very thankful for our partnership with a local coffee shop in Crown Point that is updated monthly with a shelf full of our beautiful hair accessories. You can shop in person at Steamwhistle in Crown Point, IN. Their open shop hours are updated on their google page online.

We ship with USPS and first class shipping starts at $4.50 and can vary depending on your order. However, you can receive free shipping with any order $25+.
